These terms set the ground rules for using Zeke and completing creator-brand deals through the platform.
1. Acceptance and eligibility+
By creating an account or using Zeke, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to enter campaign agreements. A creator who cannot contract independently must use the guardian process provided by Zeke.
2. Zeke's role+
Zeke provides a marketplace and structured workflow for creators and brands to discover each other, record offers, agree deliverables, review content, and track deal progress. Zeke is not the employer, agent, law firm, legal representative or business partner of either party and does not guarantee a campaign, audience result, payment or dispute outcome.
3. Accounts and verification+
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login details secure. Verification helps participants assess records but is not a guarantee of identity, suitability, professional quality or outcome. Do not impersonate another person or business, submit misleading information, or transfer your account without permission.
4. Offers and campaign agreements+
Creators may accept, reject, or negotiate an offer before agreement. Once both parties agree, each party is responsible for the recorded deliverables, deadlines, approvals, usage rights, and payment terms. A deal-specific agreement controls that campaign if it conflicts with a general platform description.
5. Content and usage rights+
Creators keep ownership of their original work except for the rights they expressly grant in an accepted deal. Each user must have permission to upload and use the content, trademarks, music, images, and other material they provide. Brands may use creator content only within the agreed scope and usage period.
6. Payments, fees, and taxes+
Payment amounts and due dates are set by the parties in each deal. The core Zeke marketplace is free. Shield currently costs ₹1,999 for one month of access. Each approved request starts a one-month access period and does not renew automatically; a creator may request another month after expiry. Each party remains responsible for its own taxes, banking charges, legal costs and legally required records. Zeke does not take a percentage of creator earnings, legal fees or dispute recoveries.
7. Zeke Shield support+
Shield is a support and case-coordination membership. For eligible disputes, Zeke may organise the deal record, conduct professional follow-ups, facilitate table or settlement talks, and document progress. The creator decides how long discussions continue and whether to explore legal action. Zeke does not start proceedings, accept a settlement, waive a right, or make a legal decision for the creator. Shield does not guarantee payment, settlement or case success.
8. Independent legal providers and costs+
Shield members may view factual profiles of independent advocates or law firms. Profiles are not rankings, endorsements or guarantees. The creator chooses, contacts, checks conflicts with, engages and pays a provider directly under a separate professional relationship. Lawyer fees, court fees, filing charges and other legal costs are not included in Shield. Zeke receives no referral commission or share of legal fees or recovery. After direct engagement and express consent, Zeke may coordinate authorised records and communications; the provider remains responsible for legal advice, confidentiality and representation.
9. Case records, consent and cooperation+
Users must provide truthful, relevant records and must not alter, fabricate or conceal evidence. Zeke records creator choices, consents, case updates and document-sharing instructions. A creator can request that future sharing stop, but records already lawfully shared or retained for an active dispute, legal obligation, security or audit purpose may remain where required. Administrative access does not make Zeke a party to privileged legal advice.
10. Acceptable conduct+
Do not use Zeke for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, rights violations, manipulated engagement, spam, coercive recovery tactics, threats, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards. Do not interfere with the service, access another user's account, or misuse private campaign or case information.
11. Suspension and account closure+
Zeke may investigate activity and restrict or close accounts that create safety, legal or integrity risks or repeatedly breach these terms. Users may stop using the service, but existing campaign obligations and records may continue where needed to complete a deal, resolve a dispute, coordinate an authorised case or meet legal requirements.
12. Changes and contact+
Zeke may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be presented through the platform or another reasonable notice. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@zeke.global.
